This section is strictly binding for all esports teams, clans, organizations, and streamers utilizing our store creation service.
Ownership of Artwork: You retain full ownership of all logos, trademarks, team names, and brand assets you provide to esportsy.gg or our design freelancers for creation.
Licensing: By submitting your assets, you grant esportsy.gg a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and modify your assets solely for manufacturing, printing, marketing, and selling apparel through your custom team store.
Copyright Warranty: You explicitly warrant that you own or possess the legal rights and permissions to use all text, logos, or graphics submitted. You agree that your assets do not infringe upon the copyrights, trademarks, or proprietary rights of any third party (including official esports publishers, game titles, or established commercial brands).
Indemnification: You agree to fully indemnify and hold harmless esportsy.gg against any legal actions, claims, financial damages, or intellectual property disputes arising out of our printing and selling of the brand assets provided by your organization.
To protect the integrity of the platform, users must maintain secure accounts. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and payment processing. You are entirely responsible for safeguarding your login credentials. Automated security frameworks, including reCAPTCHA systems, are integrated across our store access points to monitor compliance, prevent malicious automated access, and mitigate fraud.
Because our apparel network functions via live factory automation, specific order rules apply:
Currency & Fees: All baseline standard pricing is calculated and charged in Pound sterling (£).
Custom Production Binding: All items are physically fabricated, cut, and sewn to order upon clear payment validation. Once an order enters production at our fulfillment hub, it cannot be canceled, altered, or modified.
Price Adjustment Rights: esportsy.gg reserves the complete right to alter retail base pricing, tiered pricing models, shipping parameters, or commission margins at any point to reflect fluctuating logistics or manufacturing supply-line updates.
